Increasing the Mushroom Farm Profit with Microgreens!

We are always looking for new ways to increase the profit of our mushroom farm. Growing and farming microgreens for profit and selling them along side our mushroom seems like a method that will increase revenue streams for the Oak and Spore mushroom farm.

We aim to generate an additional $300+ per weekend additional to our mushroom sales, with an a minimum take of $1000 each market, hopefully going as high as $1600 during the busiest days of the year.

We are growing out microgreens in a 2.4m x 2.4m space inside out mushroom incubation room. This means the temperature will always remain high, as it is warmed for mushroom incubation, and the co2 content sits between 600-900 most of the time. we are hoping that the heightened co2 will stimulate microgreen growth and help yields.

We hope the investment pays itself of in a couple months. Fingers crossed!
