Just about ready to harvest my Italian Oyster crop #1. Everything has happened exactly as it says it should. I feel like a competent gardener ! Can’t wait to eat them 🥰

Only early days yet but so far easy and fun

Have not got any mushrooms yet. It has been weeks. I use the syringe and do it 4 times each day. It is in my kitchen with heaps of light. When I first opened my box it looked like the straw stuff was mouldy. Looks just like a pile of soil still.

So excited to see them popping!!
It was easy and fast. We just followed the instructions and placed them on the same spot we had our oysters mushroom kit as it seems to be good for mushrooms to grow(we got 4 flushes from it!).
Harvested a couple but will wait for some more to pop to cook them.
